Electronic Check In - Instructions and Information


Tournament Headquarters and Check In will be located at - Gosling Sports Fields

Electronic Registration Opens November 1st

Deadline to upload all documents: November 15th at Midnight

If teams do not check in online, they will be required to check in at tournament headquarters at Gosling Sports Park and will be charged a $50 fee for in person check in

In Person Check in for (U11-U19) on Wednesday Nov 22rd – 2 hours prior to your first game

In Person Check in for (U9-U10) on Friday Nov 24th – prior to your first game

Teams can also check in Tuesday, November 21, at Double Tree (IAH) Hotel between 5:30pm-8:00pm

We strongly encourage electronic check in by November 15th.  Teams will not be eligible to play without a stamp approved roster from check in. 

International Teams – Please reach out to Daniel Pandilla – daniel@premiersoccerservices.com he will assist you with your required documentation. A permission letter from your Federation is required.

ONLINE CHECK IN - Upload Instructions

Online Team Check in Required Documents -            

You will upload into GOTSport all the following for Team Check in:

A) Official State Roster / or/ US Club Soccer Roster / or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster - with uniform numbers on the rosters [the rosters must be uploaded – we do not use the GOTSport generated rosters that some registrations systems use]- upload the official roster. 

NOTE:  Guest players - can be written in on the rosters:  all players need to have uniform numbers on the  rosters.  Guest players must have player card, medical release, and guest player form from your state association if required.

B) Medical Release Team Form (All players and staff sign) -Click the link ( HERE )

C)  Player ID cards- from a national/ state soccer governing body – such as USSSA, USYS State Associations, SAY Soccer, and US Club Soccer.  (NOTE: MLS NEXT teams are not required to have player cards per MLS Next policies but should have the player photo on the roster in lieu of the card)   

D) Code of Conduct Team Form – Only the Staff needs to sign – ( HERE )

E) For teams outside of Texas:  Permission to travel per your national association policies if required. (note: US Club Soccer and USSSA rostered teams do not need permission to travel forms per their national association rules).  

Teams will receive an Electronic Check In confirmation email if all your documents were correct and approved with further instructions of what to do (See below). This will be emailed to the listed PRIMARY CONTACT on the GOTSport tournament team registration- if this needs to be a different person, please update your GOTSport  application information.

               In Person Check In will have to be done at one of the following times below.

Stamped approved rosters will have to be picked up at 1 of 2 times for all U11-U19 teams

· Tuesday, November 21, at Double Tree (IAH) Hotel between 5:30pm-8:00pm (Doubletree IAH near the airport,  15747 John F Kennedy Blvd, Houston, TX 77032)

· Wednesday, November 22, at Gosling Sports Fields 10am – 9pm

· Friday, November 24, Under 9 and 10 only, Gosling Sports Field 7:30am – Until end of day     

You will receive your 6 copies of your stamped approved roster and a team bag with a coaches gift, discounts, and promotional items for the players.

Game Procedures:  Teams will be responsible for having all rosters/ player cards/ medical releases.  Team will provide a stamped tournament roster to the game officials of each game in addition to the player/ coach cards .  Teams must be at the fields with all documents a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the matches.

CF Monterrey Rayados will be scouting for top talent to identify. Specifically, the club is looking for players in the Under 13 - Under 19 age groups that are Mexican or Mexican American. This may lead to additional opportunities.
