Tournament Headquarters and Check In - Gosling Sports Fields

• WE HAVE ONLINE TEAM REGISTRATION/ CHECK IN THAT IS REQUIRED
• Deadline to upload all documents: November 15th at Midnight
• If teams do not check in online, they will be required to check in at tournament headquarters on Wednesday Nov 23^rd – 2 hours prior to your first game – only at GOSLING – and will need to pay $50 for in person check in – for Under 11-19s /  or $50 for in person check-in on Friday Nov 25^th for Under 9-10 -  we strongly encourage electronic check in by November 15^th /.  Teams will not be eligible to play without a stamp approved roster from check in.

Online Team Check in Required Documents -            

You will upload into GOTSport all the following for Team Check in:

A) Official State Roster / or/ US Club Soccer Roster / or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster - with uniform numbers on the rosters [the rosters must be uploaded – we do not use the GOTSport generated rosters that some registrations systems use]- upload the official roster. 

NOTE:  Guest players - can be written in on the rosters:  all players need to have uniform numbers on the  rosters.  Guest players must have player card, medical release, and guest player form from your state association if required.

B) Medical Release Forms will be a team form - HERE

C)  Player ID Cards- from a national/ state soccer governing body – such as USSSA, USYS State Associations, SAY Soccer, and US Club Soccer.  

D)  Covid 19 Protocol and Liability Consent Form:  All families and staff must sign - HERE

E) For teams outside of Texas:  Permission to travel per your national association policies if required. (note: US Club Soccer and USSSA rostered teams do not need permission to travel forms per their national association rules).  

F) Teams will receive a stamped roster in return which they will need print 6 copies and bring to all matches.   This will be emailed to the listed PRIMARY CONTACT on the GOTSport tournament team registration- if this needs to be a different person, please update your GOTSport  application information. 

Game Procedures:  Teams will be responsible for having all rosters/ player cards/ medical releases.  Team will provide a stamped tournament roster to the game officials of each game in addition to the player/ coach cards .  Teams must be at the fields with all documents a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the matches.

 

OPTIONAL FORM - Player Recommendation form for U13s and older for Monterrey Rayados Scouts - HERE

CF Monterrey Rayados will be scouting for top talent to identify. Specifically, the club is looking for players in the Under 13 - Under 19 age groups that are Mexican or Mexican American. This may lead to additional opportunities.
